When I order a piece of art what is included? The order includes a printed artwork, with an option to add a contemporary wooden frame in black or white finish, complemented by a white mount card. Delivery fees are included for the UK and EU, with an additional fee applied for worldwide shipping.

Can I order just the poster print without the frame through the website? You can choose to order the poster print alone by selecting 'None' in the frame options.

What type of paper do you use? We use professional 200gsm matte paper and print with the latest generation inkjet technology

Is it possible to order a different size or finish other than the current 50x70 cm poster? The current size is 50x70 cm with Matte and Glossy finishes available. For other size and finish options, please contact us to discuss your project (Subject: “Art number”; Message: Your requirements)

Is it possible to purchase just the digital art? You can purchase the digital art, and we will provide you with a file through the Eight Art webpage for easy upload. If you wish to acquire the NFT and become the unique owner of the artwork, please get in touch with us

Is the frame made of real wood? The frame is crafted from soft wood and painted in either white or black, with dimensions of 86x66 cm and a profile of 2.5x2.5 cm

Is the frame's glass actually made of glass? The frame comes with a high-quality acrylic glass (plexiglass)

Why does the colour of the product I received differ from the artwork displayed on your website? Colours may vary between the web display and the printed artwork, but we strive to use the best printing technology to achieve vibrant colours that are as close as possible to the digital version

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my product? We apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue further

Can I send a gift card to a friend? Yes! eGift cards are available in set values and can be used to purchase prints. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's email address, and they'll receive the eGift card. They can then use the provided code to shop on the website.
